What to Expect During Your Extraction

We want you to feel fully informed and at ease before, during, and after your procedure.

    Before your extraction

We’ll take digital X-rays or a CBCT scan to fully evaluate the tooth and surrounding structures. Your dentist will explain the procedure, answer all your questions, and discuss anesthesia and comfort options.

    During your extraction

Local anesthesia will be administered to ensure you feel no pain during the procedure. You may feel some pressure, but discomfort is kept to a minimum. For more complex extractions or anxious patients, we can discuss additional comfort options.
